This course is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of the Project Management Processes – Project Initiation; Project Planning; Project Execution; Project Monitoring and Control; Project Closing. The emphasis is on integrating proven project management processes into an organization’s culture. The goal is to enable students to leverage an organization culture with project management processes rather than impose processes on the organization and lay a foundation for continuous improvement of the organization’s project management processes as the organization realizes the benefits of a project management methodology.
